About our camp
Since 1933, Gold Arrow Camp has been working hard to help kids have fun and create lifelong memories. Being located on Huntington Lake, it is a residential summer camp for boys and girls, aged 6-14.
Eight decades of success is marked by kids who are children or grandchildren of former campers. Gold Arrow Camp is proud of this heritage and awards a Three Year Banner and a Five Year Blanket to campers and staff who attend the Gold Arrow for three and five summers.
Everyone eats together in an open-air dining space enjoying the views of mountains and the lake. While Camp Mom checks if campers have washed their hands before entering the dining porch, counselors encourage proper table manners. The food is diverse, nutritious and well-balanced. Special dietary needs and allergies are accommodated.
Campers’ safety and security are a top priority. Everyone is checked upon arrival at the camp and a security guard is on-site throughout the night. At least two counselors live with 8-10 campers in cabins to provide all of the needed guidance and assistance.
